  1. Hi There,
I’m having issue with backing up Whatsapp Data. IWhen I go under “Chats”, in the menu list I do see ” Back up chats”. But everytime I click on “backup chats”, whatsapp automatically start backing up but never eve shows me any options for me to choose from.
In other word I don’t see all the option showed above in your steps.

Is there a way for me to be able to reverse back and get those option back?

Also, when I go to my Google Drive backups, I can see that Whatsapp is there but as an App but it says in parentheses that “backup is turned off”
    Very weird.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
